New for 2021!
- Collected pandemic recipes.
- As tempting the idea was to have spent this time alone getting out of one’s gourd and watching every 30-year-old sitcom available on Netflix, I spent most of it eating my gastronomic failures.
- Cocktails, 2nd edition.
- A draft version is in the works, with numerous corrections made, darlings killed, a renewed emphasis on the biggest problems home bartenders face, and a new chapter on petit/low-ABV cocktails and one on mocktails. Slated for
summer fall/winter 2021 spring 2022. (Research delayed as we try to shed some covid fatness.)
